Chicken Fajitas …. !!! (0% oil)

Hey guys this week on the blog it’s all about this delicious, simple & healthy chicken fajita recipe. You know I love food but I don’t really like the stress of cooking it. So this recipe takes less than 30mins to make & will cost you less that a 5 pounds. Honestly is recipe is a triple win…. (Healthy, cheap & delicious)

OK time to get to the fun part the food … YES all you will need is listed below


  1. 1 medium chicken breast
  2. 1/2 a can of chopped tomatoes
  3. 1/2 a medium sized onion
  4. 1/2 a bell of red & green peppers
  5. 1 pack of chicken fajita seasoning  (I use the BBQ one)
  6. 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder (optional)
  7. some salt
  8. some grounded black pepper
  9. wraps
  10. Foil paper



  1. Cut up  your chicken breast into thin slices like below (it allows them to cook quicker & evenly) Trust me you don’t want to eat raw chicken


2.Cut up your onions ( You can cut them however you like)

3.Cut up your peppers into thin long slices like below Season your chicken breast with a pinch of salt and black pepperTurn on your oven to about 180 degrees

4. Pre-heat your oven to about 180 degrees ( You will need this lata)

That’s it prep done !!


  1. Heat up your non-stick frying pan. Set it to medium or a 4 for electric cookers
  2. Add your chicken breast & onions .. All them to cook for 4-5 mins stirring to make sure they cook evenly.DSC_0194_1
  3. Add about a teaspoon of the fajita  seasoning .. Stir this in for another 2 mins (This gives the chicken a great flavour)
  4. Then throw in your peppers .. stir this in for another 3 minsDSC_0200_1
  5. Then add in your chopped tomatoes & fajita season to taste ( I like mine very bbqy so I use about 1/2 of the pack.DSC_0206_1
  6. Add some salt to taste
  7. Add some chilli powder (optional)
  8. Stir it all in & allow to cook for 8-10 mins on low heatDSC_0214_1
  9.  While you wait… wrap your bread in some foil paper and heat in the oven for 2 mins (the foil paper stops it from drying out)DSC_0216_1
  10. That it !!! serve hot & with some wraps Enjoy xx
